Dongle Status

A dongle can have the following status:

• Activated: dongle is assigned to an account. This applies to dongles distributed through dealers.
• Deactivated: dongle has been stopped for an account (stopped or assigned to another account).
• OK: connection, position and signal are OK
• Not OK: connection, position and/or signal are not OK
• No connection: no communication received yet (not plugged in or plugged in with sim problem)
• No position: no GPS position received yet (location without GPS signal or GPS problem)
• No signal: no signal for at least 1 day (place without connection or problem). Calculated once per night.
• Coverage < 80%: less than 80% of the time a signal is received.
• Coverage < 90%: less than 90% of the time a signal is received.
• Not assigned: dongle not assigned to a vehicle or active.
• Replacement: dongle has been replaced by another device.
