How to stop a subscription of a dongle

The Subscription associated with a Product is automatically and tacitly renewed at the end of each period unless terminated (GTC 4.3).

The Customer can terminate a Subscription up to fourteen calendar days before the end of the Subscription by sending an email to Customer Service. The email shall explicitly mention the number of the Product to which the Subscription applies. The email must be sent with an email address known to DongleApps and belonging to an administrator of the Client Area (AV 4.5).

An invoice is made approximately 30 days before the end of an unterminated Subscription and sent via email to the email address as stated in the Client Area. Non-payment of the invoice or non-use of the product is not a valid termination of the Subscription. If you have received an invoice for a Subscription that is subsequently correctly terminated, a credit note will be issued and sent to you.
